Music is his life. Already as a young child Andreas Lettowsky was soprano soloist with the Salzburger Domkapellknaben. Raised in a musical household, he was encouraged by his parents and studied voice after graduating from high school. Having completed his studies, he was immediately invited to join the opera studio at the Bavarian State Opera. Thereafter, he continued to receive engagements throughout the German-speaking countries; lately as ensemble member at the Schwerin State Opera.

As of 2012, he has been working freelance, and is currently singing as a guest in the Lübeck Theatre and in the Schwerin State Opera.
